A simple day..
Morning coffee
Banana with raw almond butter..
3 mile hike..
tortilla chips with homemade guacamole
32 ounces water with lemon..
Another 3 mile hike
32 ounces of smoothie similar to what I made yesterday..
more water with lemon...
if I get snacky tonight I will have another banana..
Eating mostly raw is very easy.. It doesn't have to be so hard like those raw food gourmet cooks make it.. fruit, veggies, nuts.. simple.
